What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
WORSHIP:
Start with a time of powerful prayer praising God for His salvation offered us. Worship Him with CD’s or live music telling of his amazing plan that turns death to life.
WORD:
Numbers 21; 4-9; Eph 2: 1-10; John 3; 14-21.
1. The Israelites in the desert experienced both good and bad coming from the same God! How does the New Testament reading in Jesus’ words tell us a different story, and what are Jesus and Paul saying?
2. What are some of the difficulties you have with “being saved by grace through faith?” How have you come to peace about these issues, if not why not?
3. Explain to the group why you are willing or wanting to submit to God, or not? What are some of the difficulties/joys you are encountering as you make/made this decision?
WITNESS:
Your journey to and with Christ is the essence of any witness you give anywhere. Each of you write your story covering your life before Christ, your conversion experience and your life now with Christ. It must take no longer than 4 minutes to tell. Make space to share your stories next week and with others during the week as you meet them in the world.
